Enrolling for Beta Testing

1) Retrieving your UUID

Your Unique Identifier (UUID) is required for any non-app-store apps to be installed on and iPhone or iPod touch. There are two ways, via Itunes or through an external App from the AppStore.

To retrive your UUID via Itunes:

1) Plug in your iPod / iPhone to your computer and launch Itunes
2) Under the "Summary" tab, you should see all the information about your device.
3) Click on the "Serial Number" ONCE and it will change into the word "Identifier". Press "Control-C"
4) Enter your Name and Email and Paste (Control-V) the UUID into the Message field.
To retrieve your UUID via an External App (Ad Hoc Helper - Free). [SKIP THIS if you have completed the steps above)

1) Launch App Store and search for the app "Ad Hoc Helper"
2) Install it and launch
3) Once launched, email will launch. Send that piece of email to "Support@SoftBoxGroup.com"

2) Installation

Once we have received your UUID, we will process the request and send you a link where you could download our application

1) Download the ZIP file and unzip it into a temp directory on your desktop
2) In Itunes, go to Edit -> Preferences. Under the General tab, make sure "Show: Applications" is checked off. Press OK.
3) [MAC ONLY: Drag the Provisioning file into the Itunes Icon on the DOCK] Drag the contents of the zip file (the .app folder and mobile provisioning file) into the Applications Tab
4) Click on your Device under "Devices". Click on the Applications Tab. Make sure "Sync Applications" is synced.
5) Sync the device and the App will show up on your device. If you face any technical issues, please contact us as Support@SoftBoxGroup.com
